JAX Refrigeration Headquarters – Jacksonville Beach, FL

In January 2016, JAX Refrigeration had an amazing opportunity to create and construct a workplace that was all its own. Taking advantage of this opportunity, we designed a functional work environment that lent itself to an open and collaborative feeling while still being able to proudly showcase our craftsmanship, attention to detail and overall quality of our end products.

We worked with Bosco Construction for the overall building construction. Our own field personnel contributed greatly to the project, constructing three different HVAC systems throughout the building: a Variant Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system, a typical RTU, and a central system utilizing VAVs. All systems were integrated through a single digital control system.

The two-story, coastal-themed building incorporated the work of local artisans and contractors. Many of the industrial-inspired accents and décor were handcrafted in JAX Refrigeration’s own fabrication shop, located just 14 blocks away. The 7,000-square-foot office was completed in October 2016.
