In this privacy policy, we will refer to Jax Refrigeration using the terms "Jax Refrigeration", "us", "we" and "our." When You Use Our Services

Access to Information

You can ask to see information we hold about you (with some exceptions). If you would like a copy of the information we have collected about you, you should contact our compliance officer.

We limit our collection of information about you to that which is relevant for the intended business and legal purposes for which it is to be used. We do not use information about you in a way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by you. You have the right to review and update your personal details. We will delete your information at your request, if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. Because of the way we maintain certain Services, after you delete your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.

We will ask you to identify yourself and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required.
